White-Label Web and SEO Services for UK Agencies
Blunt Notion supports creative, design, marketing, SEO and digital agencies with white-label website design, WordPress development, Shopify development and SEO work.
This is senior, UK-based delivery and not a production line, a mystery offshore team or another layer of account management between you and the person doing the work.
Extra capability without handing your reputation to a factory.
Agencies rarely need more capacity in a neat, predictable shape. A client approves a website while the internal team is already full. A supplied design needs somebody who understands WordPress beyond the admin screen. A Shopify opportunity arrives without a Liquid developer attached. An existing build becomes technically awkward halfway through delivery. Search work has been sold, but the recommendations still need to be implemented properly.
Hiring permanently for every peak, platform and specialist requirement is not always sensible. Passing the work to an anonymous production company creates a different problem: you remain responsible to the client while having very little control over who is making decisions or what comes back.
Blunt Notion works as a known delivery partner behind your agency. Kieron handles website discovery, design, WordPress development and technical delivery directly, with appropriate trusted specialists involved only where the agreed work genuinely requires them. You know who is responsible and there is no hidden ladder of account managers, resellers and unknown subcontractors.
You can keep all client communication, bring us into selected technical conversations or agree another arrangement that fits the project. Our involvement can remain completely invisible. If your client should know a specialist partner is involved, that can be handled transparently instead. The rules are agreed before the work starts rather than improvised during a difficult meeting.
We can sign a mutual NDA and appropriate non-solicitation terms. Your pipeline, pricing, client information and commercial relationship remain yours.
Agencies normally call when capacity, capability or an existing project stops being straightforward.
You have sold a project but need dependable delivery.
The client relationship and commercial opportunity stay with your agency. We can take responsibility for an agreed portion of discovery, design, development, testing or launch and deliver it in a form your team can confidently present.
The scope can begin with your completed specification or with a technical review before the final promise is made. Where important states, integrations or responsibilities are missing, we flag them early rather than quietly pricing an imaginary simple version of the project.
Your internal team has reached capacity.
Overflow work should not mean lowering the standard attached to your agency’s name. We can support one defined project, a busy delivery period or an agreed block of ongoing capacity without requiring you to create a permanent role around temporary demand.
Availability and deadlines are discussed honestly. We will not say yes to work we cannot deliver properly simply to secure the relationship.
The brief needs expertise you do not keep in-house.
WordPress architecture, custom themes, WooCommerce, Shopify themes, structured content, performance, technical SEO, migrations and integrations can require deeper implementation experience than a general creative or marketing team needs every day.
We can fill the defined gap while your agency continues to lead the strategy, creative relationship or wider account.
An existing project needs rescuing or inheriting.
Not every partnership starts from a tidy brief. We can inspect an inherited WordPress site, restrictive CMS, unfinished theme, unreliable integration or project that has outgrown the original technical decision.
The first task is to establish what is usable, what is risky and what the agency can responsibly promise next. Repair, phased redevelopment and complete replacement are different answers with different consequences.
Bring in the capability the project actually needs.
Start with one defined requirement or use Blunt Notion across a connected project. The specialist pages below explain the delivery detail without turning this page into a catalogue of every possible task.

Establish the role before pricing the work.
We start with what has been sold, what is still being shaped, who owns the client relationship and where Blunt Notion needs to fit. That includes whether we are invisible, introduced as a specialist partner or present in selected calls under an agreed arrangement.
Confidential information can be protected through a mutual NDA before the detailed brief is shared. Access, communication channels and any non-solicitation requirement are agreed at the same stage.
Review and scope the real requirement.
We review the brief, designs, content, existing platform, required functionality, integrations, acceptance criteria, deadline and handover expectations. Missing responsive states, unclear editing requirements and technical assumptions are raised before they become unpaid work or an embarrassing client conversation.
You receive a defined scope, assumptions, responsibilities, cost and realistic delivery plan. You decide how that fits into your own proposal and margin.
Deliver within an agreed workflow.
Work can happen inside your preferred project-management, design and code workflow where practical. Progress, decisions and risks are communicated to the agreed people rather than disappearing into a black box until the deadline.
Reviews are staged around useful outcomes. Websites are tested across relevant devices and browsers, and accessibility, editing, performance and SEO requirements are treated as part of delivery rather than optional polish.
Handover cleanly or keep supporting the work.
Code, approved assets, relevant access and documentation are handed over according to the scope. Your agency and client are not trapped inside a private platform merely because another supplier built the website.
We can step away after the agreed support period, remain available for defined changes or provide ongoing development and SEO capacity. Continued work should be commercially useful, not compulsory.
One project, extra capacity or a longer working relationship.
There is no partner programme designed to lock your agency into a monthly fee before we know whether we work well together.
-
A defined client project.
Bring us a complete website, an approved design that needs developing, a Shopify store, a technical audit or another clearly scoped piece of delivery. This is the simplest route for testing the relationship without promising future volume.
Discuss a client project -
Overflow and specialist support.
Use Blunt Notion when the internal team is full, a deadline creates a temporary gap or the project needs WordPress, Shopify, SEO or integration expertise that is not economical to keep permanently in-house.
Check current capacity -
Ongoing retained delivery.
Where the work is genuinely recurring, we can agree retained development or SEO capacity, priorities, response expectations and what happens when demand moves above or below the normal level.
Discuss ongoing support
White-label only works when the boundaries are clear.
Your client should never become the price of asking for help.
Blunt Notion also works directly with businesses. That makes written boundaries more important, not less. We can agree a mutual NDA and appropriate non-solicitation terms covering the agency, client, opportunity, commercial information and our involvement in the work.
We do not add Blunt Notion credits, publish the project, approach the client or use confidential delivery as a case study without explicit permission. If client contact is required, the format and identity under which it happens are agreed first.
Equally, white-label does not mean pretending technical risks do not exist. We will challenge an incomplete brief, impossible deadline, unsuitable platform or decision that creates avoidable trouble for the agency later. The point is to protect your delivery, not merely remain quiet while it goes wrong.
You will know who is responsible for the work. If a specialist outside the agreed delivery team becomes necessary, that is discussed before their involvement. We do not sell the project and silently move it through another unknown supplier chain.
The best fit is an agency that values good work, realistic planning and direct communication. If the only requirement is the lowest possible production price, Blunt Notion is unlikely to be the right partner—and that is better established before anybody wastes time.
Public work you can inspect. Confidential work stays confidential.
The projects below show the standard of design, development, ecommerce and SEO work Blunt Notion can deliver publicly. They are not presented as white-label client work. Projects completed behind other agencies remain private unless everyone involved has explicitly agreed otherwise. That confidentiality is part of the service, not a gap in the portfolio.
Our Work
Straight answers about being a Ninja.
White-label arrangements fail when confidentiality, communication, scope and ownership are left vague. These are the practical questions to settle before the first brief arrives.
Blunt Notion carries out agreed work behind your agency while your agency retains the client relationship and presents the delivery under its own name. Our involvement can remain invisible, or we can be introduced as a specialist partner if that’s the more appropriate arrangement.
The exact model is agreed before work begins. White-label is not a referral commission and it is not permission to approach your client independently.
Yes. We can sign a sensible mutual NDA before confidential project information is shared and agree appropriate terms preventing direct solicitation of the agency’s client.
The agreement should protect both parties without preventing Blunt Notion from continuing unrelated work in the wider market.
Not unless that’s the arrangement you choose. We can remain entirely behind the scenes, communicate only through your team or join selected technical conversations in an agreed capacity.
We don’t add public credits or publish confidential work without permission.
Yes. We can develop from approved Sketch, Figma, Photoshop or other suitable design files. Before committing to delivery, we review responsive behaviour, component states, content, accessibility, editing requirements and technical feasibility.
If important screens or states are missing, we identify them rather than improvising silently and creating inconsistency later.
Yes. Blunt Notion can handle discovery, sitemap and content structure, wireframes, original interface design, development, testing and launch as one white-label project. Alternatively, we can take responsibility for only the stage your agency needs.
WordPress is our deepest development expertise, including bespoke themes, tailored editing, WooCommerce and existing-site work. We also deliver Shopify projects and can work with suitable PHP or Laravel-based systems and established content-management platforms.
If you have something a little different, let us know and we will see what we can do to help.
Yes. Work can include technical audits, search and intent research, commercial page planning, on-page optimisation, local SEO, WordPress SEO, implementation and useful reporting.
Scope and responsibilities need to be explicit. We do not sell fabricated certainty, guaranteed rankings or bulk activity designed only to make a report look busy.
A defined project is priced against its real scope, responsibilities, complexity and deadline. Overflow work may be quoted as a focused piece of work or agreed capacity. Recurring development or SEO can use a retainer where the expected workload and availability justify it.
We provide the cost and assumptions to your agency. You control what you charge the client and the margin you need to retain.
No fixed annual volume is required to begin. A single suitable project is often the most sensible way to establish whether the working relationship, communication and standard are right for both sides.
We will not reserve permanent capacity without an appropriate commercial agreement, but occasional work does not require an invented partner membership.
Yes, if direct involvement will help the work and the arrangement is agreed in advance. That might include technical discovery, a design review or explaining an integration. We can also remain entirely behind your project manager or account team.
Responsibility for decisions, communication and approvals should be written into the scope so the client receives one coherent experience.
Ownership and licensing are defined in the proposal. For bespoke project code and approved assets created within the scope, ownership transfers as agreed once the relevant invoices have been paid. Third-party software, fonts, themes, plugins, apps and stock assets retain their own licences.
We provide the agreed files, access and handover information. The relationship is not built around holding the agency or client hostage.
Potentially. We first need access to inspect the current code, platform, hosting, integrations, designs, commitments and remaining deadline. We then explain what can be retained, what needs correcting and whether the original promise remains achievable. We’ve taken over and stabilised difficult agency projects where the original scope, code or delivery arrangement had broken down.
Rescue work cannot be priced responsibly from a screenshot and a description that the previous developer has disappeared.
Tell us what your agency needs to deliver.
If you have a project already sold, designs ready for development, a technical problem, a Shopify opportunity, WordPress overflow or SEO work that needs proper implementation, send us the real requirement. You will speak directly with us about fit, capacity, confidentiality and what can responsibly be promised.
