Blunt Notion is a small web design and development agency based in Somerset. We plan the structure, design the interface, build the website and deal with the awkward technical details that tend to get passed between suppliers.

WordPress is our deepest specialism. We also build with Shopify and other established content systems when they make more sense for the job. Search, accessibility and the way a real person will use the site are considered from the beginning.

A good website takes more than a polished homepage. The services need the right pages. The content needs to answer real buying questions. The design needs to make the important things obvious. The build has to work on actual devices and remain manageable after launch.

At Blunt Notion, those decisions stay connected. Kieron is involved in discovery, design, development and testing, so the person discussing the brief understands the build as well. We can produce wireframes where they help, and we plan the sitemap and content structure before those decisions become expensive to change.

We work with new projects and inherited websites. If the sensible answer is a phased rebuild, a repair to what you already have or a different platform, we will say so.

We’re the most influential and blunt agency you’ve never heard of.

Blunt Notion is led by Kieron Marr in Yeovil, Somerset. He has spent years designing and developing websites for businesses and other agencies, and he still does the practical work, not just the first sales call.

The right specialists join a project when it needs them. That may mean brand design, content or another discipline, but you will know who is responsible for what. We do not pretend every job needs a large team or an elaborate process.

We work across the UK as well as locally. Meet in person when it helps; work remotely when that is simpler. The standard of planning and delivery should not depend on the postcode.
